New American JacketsReviews of newamericanjackets.com

My younger brother bought me a orange daft punk jacket for my birthday last Feb 29 2020 and I have not received it yet until now..Had a talked with a customer service and gave me different excuses, I told them I’ll wait few months had passed no words even if I sent them an email.

Spent an extra $40 plus four custom sizing. Shipped reasonably quick. Looked reasonably good. Zipper is backwards and it's barely big enough to fit my 10 year old much less a 6'4" adult. I've messaged "Trina" @ "customer service" many times over several months and haven't heard back. Looks like someone at goodwill gets a $170 wool vest from Yellowstone show... don't use this company!

I ordered the Kevin Hart Africa hoodie 1/10/20 and still no response, after 6 emails I only heard back from them once telling me the product was defective and that they would contact me with shipping information. BUYER BEWARE!!!...I still haven’t heard back from this company. My only option is to file a criminal investigation against this company for fraud and misleading tactics. It should not take 3 weeks to order an item they clearly stated was in stock...I hate companies that defraud people with scams like this, I can’t wait for this company to get blasted on world tv news. American Jackets YOU ARE A FRAUD, DELIVER YOUR PROMISED MERCHANDISE TO CUSTOMERS WHO’VE PAID YOU!

HORRIBLE!! DONT BUY! I ordered the Kendrick Lamar ‚lovely‘ hoodie and I am more than angry and disappointed. First of all it’s a terrible fake with very poor quality and rips and threads visible everywhere. I bought the hoodie for the same price as the original and got something that is honestly just ridiculous. Adding to what other people already said the 10-12 days guaranty is a joke and customer service does not reply to mails and complaints. I received it after 39 days! I consider this website a scam. Due to their return policy it’s also impossible to get your money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS!

They have been avoiding responding to me regarding my purchase. I followed all of there instructions, but the item I purchased had too smaller neck hole (a measurement not listed), and they won’t respond to any of my attempts to contact them with the issue. Also, there policies state no returns, which isn’t legal in Australia. Buyer beware.

These people are dishonest, so avoid them. False advertising aside, there is no customer service. The jacket I received from Pakistan (different style with shoulder pads and 3 inches longer) is nothing like the pictures shown on their website. No response whatsoever after I emailed three times to Tina Elizabeth, Sales Executive and their customer service. In the process of going through PayPal to get my money back, just like what one reviewer said. You need to pay your own return postage with a tracking number. Terrible company.

The name implies that it's an american company but it's actually pakistani. They guarantee to deliver between 8-10 days but you better ad 20 days. And than the jacket itself , waaw ! I ordered the Ricky Gervais After Life brown jacket and i got a brown jacket alright. Completely diffrent hue , chest size was ok but you better have the biceps of a 12 year old girl , sleeves are way to narrow. I can't say what kind of fabric they used but it looks like a duvet or quilt. So lesson learned and never ever order from them again.

Paid for guaranteed shipping of 4 - 6 days, it has been over 2 WEEKS and my jacket still has not even been shipped out. I've sent multiple emails with little to zero responses on what is going on. This company is complete garbage
