Avoid this retailer if you are looking for high quality leather items. Notwithstanding its name, this company is not an American, it is an Indian company Moreover that sells Poor quality bootleg-like leather jackets. Customer service is both ineffective as well as unprofessional. They advertise shearling, but what you get is not shearling...but rather fake-fur...Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Do not respond to emails , do not ship on time , is not based in USA . You will lose your money if you order from this company. Do NOT order. If you do remember a warning ignored is a consequence accepted .

I ordered and expected to be shipped in a day or 2 but 4 days later still no status if jacket will be shipped and I paid for expedited shipping. I contacted customer service and they said they have too many orders to fill and it won't be shipped til next week after I ordered. This company is horrible. So no point of requesting expedited shipping when they can't even ship it in 4 days.

Placed order for Christmas gift, nothing arrived in time was one thing. Sent email then go a response and apology, still no order. March 2024 5months later after threats of please send refund. I received a order but it was not the coat I order. Not the color or style

Absolutely terrible. Nothing but scam artists. I paid for expedited shipping. Was told my shipping would be refunded because it still had not arrived for 3 weeks. Now they say I have to pay that $25 back for my order to be delivered because I live in a “remote” area. Customer service is horrible and I’m terrified to find out what the jackets look like.
