Ordered a Citizen Cold Crises on Earth X Parka. Just rec'd it. 2nd jacket I have ordered from New America. Quality is good. Looks just like the picture except for the fur hooded collar. The fur is not near what the picture shows. Very short flux gray fur. As far as sizing is concerned I ordered an XXL. Glad I did because it runs small. The shoulder sizing is a taste tight. Otherwise everything else is fine.

Love the jacket I purchased! It was exactly as it looked in the picture. I was contacted by the company for exact measurements prior to shipping to verify I got the correct size. I didn’t measure, I just insisted I needed an XL for my husband b’c that’s what he always wears. I should’ve measured, the jacket was too small - but that was my fault. I was most impressed with this company’s communication. I could send a message anytime and always got a prompt reply back. Shipping was timely and trackable. I would def buy from them again!

At the beginning of December, I ordered a vest similar to one from Yellowstone. I double checked with the company that it could be produced without the embroidery to which they said yes. However, it arrived incorrectly due to the holiday rush. While I didn’t have the replacement in time for Christmas (which is why I am giving it a 4 star instead of 5), they did correct the mistake and make it right. I greatly appreciate their customer service in correcting the error.

I ordered on the 14th September, my coat was shipped on the 23rd and arrived in Canada on the 27th. I bought the Gentleman Jack coat with the mini cape sort of thing. There were no pictures of the actual coat I'd be receiving, only pictures from the show, but I took the risk because two people on this site wrote good reviews on the Gentleman Jack coat. The fabric looks different (softer) than the one in the show, but quality is good, accurate sizing and well-constructed but a bit costume-like? And yes, I'm not quite sure why they put "American" in the name, but whatever.

The jackets I purchased are of high quality leather and fit very well. The customer service and communication was also very good. My only issue would be that I would have preferred some pictures of the actual item instead of only pictures of the outfit as seen on the character in-show/in-movie, as while the jackets are of high quality as stated earlier, they are not the exact same as seen on the show/movie.

i loved this jacket very much as it was outstanding and every called it the "michael jackson" jacket even though it was lil pumps jacket. i would love to see this jacket in black instead of white as lil pump was also wearing that. overall a good jacket and worth the price
