I gotta say out of all the jackets I’ve ordered this is by far my favorite. The day I ordered the jacket online I was emailed by miss Tina about my measurements so it would be an exact fit; I sent her my measurements skeptical that the jacket would be a good fit. Maybe less than a week later I received he perfect jacket in the mail.

I ordered the Sherlock wool coat as a Christmas gift. There was a mishap on DHL’s end, plus I got the incorrect size. No worries. New American Jacket’s customer service went to work to make everything right. Plus they stayed in contact with me the whole way until delivery. I have not had that feeling of the customer being the highest priority in forever. They took very good care of me. Once I got the right size coat, well that was just icing on the cake. This coat is incredible. Absolutely wonderful. My wife looks amazing wearing it and I could not be happier.
