I ordered the Christmas Chronicles vest and coat. When the items arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the workmanship of these items. They were beautifully made. I was expecting it to be more like a costume quality, but the faux leather of the coat, and fur was beautiful. Lots of attention given to every detail. In fact, the coat was delayed two or three days because the company noticed a defect which they promptly fixed before sending. Everything exceeded my expectations. I was in constant communication with the company. They were so good to keep in touch with me. I paid for expedited shipping, but when the items were a little bit late, I was refunded the cost of the shipping for both items. My experience with this company was amazing!
