With Xen, you won’t always feel strong stimulation, and that doesn’t mean it isn’t working. Many users find that as their body adapts, the sensation can become more subtle over time. If you’d like to feel it more consistently, a few tips: • Make sure the left earbud has enough saline for good contact • Try slightly adjusting the position in your ear • You can increase intensity gradually, but it should always feel comfortable. Also, the benefits of vagus nerve stimulation are often cumulative, so they may show up more over time rather than immediately after each session.
