Such a scammy company. It’s just impossible to reach them. They don’t respond to emails nor do the answer their contact phone. And this girl MANDY (whatever her position is in this ‘company’) has ZERO customer service manners, was just obnoxiously interrupting my every word. Do not recommend the company!! The mirror arrived broken! (Thank god we got our money back as I don’t want anything to do with this company anymore)

Customer service was great and very happy with the product. Would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, OR IT WILL COST YOU. If I could give negative stars, I would. HORRIBLE customer service. I requested cancelation and refund of an order, in writing, within 24 hrs of purchase, and prior to shipment. Instead of canceling my order and refunding my money, this company shipped an extremely expensive product I do not want and basically said its my problem. They emailed me 2 days after my request for cancelation and refund with a shipment confirmation, and THEN customer service replied to my email saying they can't do anything because the item already shipped. WT*?! Notifying BBB.

My mirror came so quickly and it’s absolutely beautiful. Huge! Sleek, stunning and I can not believe how secretly cheap it cost! Shhh, don’t tell anyone because it looks expensive!!

My Mirror arrived broken in pieces. 3 stars for good support as they refunded in full. But product is very poor quality to arrive shattered.
