Easy to order. Great instructions for measurements and quick shipping.

These custom curtains brought warmth, elegance, and a fresh new look to my guest room. Loving how much brighter and more polished the space feels.excellent customer service, very high quality. Very recommend.

The instructions were clear, and the process was easy. Many things to consider and lots of preferences to check off, but the ordering process was well-guided.

I had a great experience ordering custom curtains from Neutral Curtains. The quality exceeded my expectations—the fabric feels premium, the workmanship is beautiful, and the curtains instantly elevated the look of our home. Their customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process. My order arrived well packaged, and the curtains were made with great attention to detail. For full transparency, the bedroom curtains ended up being longer than I expected. However, after reviewing my order, I realized it was due to my own measurements rather than an issue with the company. They actually made the curtains according to the specifications I provided. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Neutral Curtains to anyone looking for custom window treatments. The quality, customization options, and customer service were all excellent.

Beautiful Roman shades. Very happy.

I’m obsessed with the Roman shades. They look great. The quality is amazing. Absolutely love it 😍

I was very nervous about pulling the trigger on all the window dressings I ordered from Neutral Curtains, mainly because the color options sometimes didn't align with their names on their site. However, they are all perfect! I did relaxed roman shades with no cords for everything and we love them! Once I figured out the first one, I was able to install each one in about 15 minutes easily. Measure accurately, they all fit great. Order swatches if you want, we took the risk and all the colors are very nice. I think the price is fantastic for what you get. Would order again!
