I love how the curtains and blinds look and feel. However, the rings on the back of the blinds that hold the cords are breaking. Also, I wish the lining on the curtains do not block as much light as indicated on your website.

The shades are well made and arrived quickly. They did send the wrong item the first time, but after sending a photo they sent the correct item and that was a very easy process!

The samples sent were a great help in choosing which went the best in my windows. The delivery was quick although confusing bc was sent to wrong address. I was able to get a few to its correct final destination and put them up. Looks great. Love them! Easy install .

Ordered the Jenna drapes for a project which, according to the website, are 73% linen and 27% cotton. When I got them, the package said 100% polyester. I reached out to customer service who then told me they are 40% linen and 60% polyester. I don't know what they are made of, but they don't look or feel like linen. Very heavy and thick. I reached out to their customer service and was offered a credit or exchange. I ended up hanging the drape to see how it looked and it looked nice, so I kept it. I also ordered 2 of the Ramie Woven Bamboo Blinds. They are beautiful and the quality is very good. I would definitely recommend these.

Company made changes to their product to solve the problem I had with my Roman Shades. I appreciate their willingness to make changes off of customer reviews. Company did a great job of making things right.
