We had an issue with some Brackets and one of our panels. Customer service was amazing and took care of it immediately. Replaced items and we are so happy with the quality of fabric, ease of installment , we ordered more for our daughter’s room. Will definitely continue to order from his company. I love my new blinds. They are nice quality and will last forever I think. But most importantly they are beautiful

Ordered a single shade to see if I would like them. Very impressed with quality of workmanship and speed of delivery. Ordered 3 more of the same to complete my dining room. Surprised the second group cords were constructed differently. Different factory ? They hung the same as the first panel, can tell no difference from the front. That being said I am pleased with my Neutral curtains.

I am so pleased with my top down bottom up Roman shades. The price was great and they look gorgeous. It’s my favorite part of my bedroom makeover. I like the versatility that they allow in terms of privacy and light filtering. My only concern is the string mechanism that allows the shades to move up and down…is there a way to replace it if it frays over time?
