NeutralcurtainsReviews of neutralcurtains.com

Neutral curtains was so easy to order from. The quality of my bamboo shades is top notch! I am so happy with how all my windows look. Highly recommend!

Took a gamble ordering from this company as I hadn’t heard of it before and they had very few reviews. So glad I took a chance! The quality is fantastic and they have amazing customer service. I couldn’t find the style that I was wanting anywhere else (relaxed Roman) and they had exactly what I was looking for - I’m so happy with the quality and style. We had a few issues that customer service has been so quick and accommodating to resolve.

Easy, fast, efficient, beautiful and just as promised

The curtains look amazing, perfect length and the customer service was brilliant. Easy to install too!

These are great blinds for the price point. We ordered the Ramie Bamboo Shades with white lining. Quick shipping and easy to install. Very happy with our purchase. For bedrooms order the thickest blackout lining, the white fabric lining we ordered allows some sunlight to flow through but still very pleased. Would definitely order again.

Updating my review. I had written about two main issues: the shade material and the visible top-down hardware (plastic) pieces. Upon writing my review, I received a message from the company who quickly and seamlessly addressed both issues and sent new shades within a matter of days. Very happy with the new shades and would not hesitate to order from them again.

These curtains have such a great quality, they are beautiful and elegant. The space looks elevated and stunning. I have received so many compliments that I am sure I want to get more for my living area.

Great quality and easy install. Very happy with my purchase.
