I do love the look of the blinds I ordered! Definitely scooped in by low price in advertising…by the time you’re done I would say price point similar to other online companies (just blinds select blinds etc that I’ve ordered with in the past). Shipped quickly, great quality. My one blind won’t extend fully- the bottom bounces back up about a 1/4”…we were out of town for a family emergency for several weeks so I did not get to hang them until almost four weeks after arriving, therefore didn’t bother reaching out. I have always added a 1/4” to my measurements on blinds to assure they’d rest on the sill- this is the only time I haven’t done that and wish I had! I’m wondering if they can be released a bit in back but afraid to try! Will call customer service and ask! Overall great quality, love the look.

I applaud Neutralcurtains for their customer service. Mistakes happen. When they do, you want a company invested in your satisfaction. On Jan 9th I ordered 4 no-drill shades. The shades arrived without the no-drill hardware, so I couldn’t install them. I was aggravated but the support team was timely and responsive. Every message I sent them was responded to within 24 hours with a proposed solution. They were professional at all times and I now have my shades installed perfectly. The shades themselves were cut perfectly and the blackout section really works.

Bummer that one panel arrived damaged, but customer service sorted it out fast. The replacement came without any headache, really appreciate that.

Overall, I am very happy with my relaxed roman shades. They were very reasonably priced, arrived quickly and were easy to hang. And the quality seems very good. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the color is quite different from what I thought I was ordering. I ordered Belgian Linen in Oatmeal but the hue is very pinkish. I know dye lots can vary but this is too much of a variation. Luckily, they don't clash with anything in the room.

Super easy to order and they came quickly but the quality isn’t great. I ordered a 68” shade and the middle bracket isn’t centered and you can see it — and then the shades don’t hang evenly because of the off-center bracket. Update: Although I don't like that the middle bracket isn't centered, I understand it is needed for the mechanism and I'm now used to it. I've also followed directions to adjust the shades so they now hang evenly. All good!

I placed two orders for multiple windows all but one came in a timely manor. They fit perfectly. If you buy a motorize curtain it takes a long time to get through customs. I would order again absolutely.
