Dropshipping from China
Place order from them think they are local made and findout it actuallly ships from China.

Color is unacceptable
Although I’m happy with the construction of the shades, the color is WAY different from the swatch I ordered. The color Oatmeal is very much on the peachy side with the finished product. I realize there can be some slight color variation with Linen, but this is simply unacceptable. I wish I could post pics to show the drastic color variation. Think twice before you buy.

Curtains did not come in as ordered and…
Curtains did not come in as ordered and was disappointed with the results and expected a full refund which I did not receive and they also made me pay for shipping which was disappointing

I have made two orders and both have…
I have made two orders and both have not been the right measurements. I've had my contractor measure and I know the measurements are correct, but 8 out of 8 of my items are off.

Not happy with the quality of the shade
1. they did not send the correct brackets 2. the shades have been installed and after two weeks they don't operate

These curtains were a joke
These curtains were a joke! They were horribly made. Wouldn’t lift without the Roman shades bunching up. Total garbage and customer service was even worse! RUN! I threw them in the trash!

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. The blind was not made correctly- the valance was put on the wrong side of the blind. When I emailed customer service, they insisted that this was how the blind is designed; however, their website shows photos with the valance on the correct side. They refused to take responsibility, and I could only return it with a significant return fee. As a designer, I will never use this company again. Update: The reply the merchant provided is incorrect. When I ordered this blind, the valance was shown on the front of the blind, or I would not have ordered it. While the company has reached out, it was only after this review, and they didn't offer me a full refund for something of poor quality.
