I ordered two Roman shades, and from start to finish, the experience was great. When I had a few questions, customer service quickly replied. Samples were received within days, and when the shades arrived (which took only 10 days), they were well made and fit perfectly. I'm actually ordering curtains now...thanks, Neutralcurtains!
