The website is horrible. Constaintly making you offers for products you don't want. Navigating to checkout is painful. product availability is sketchy often not available. I just want to buy a pack of gum, not a new car.

I ordered Neuro Gum’s “Extra Strength Energy & Focus™ Gum” because the product listing says “Sugar/Aspartame Free, Derived from natural flavors & monk fruit.” That’s flat-out misleading — the gum contains sucralose, an artificial sweetener, which wasn’t disclosed alongside those claims and there's no visible ingredient panel on the product page for neuro extra strength gum (when you scroll down that page, besides them not listing the ingredients anywhere there in writing or on the package pictures, further down it says: Patented Formula Our patented formula gives you the optimal ratio of natural caffeine and L-theanine to give you optimal, balanced energy to fuel your day without the jitters or crash.* Enhanced Bioavailability Our patented cold-compression technology allows for each ingredient to maintain it’s full bioavailability for optimized absorption & potency! Natural Caffeine Each piece contains 100mg of natural caffeine derived from green coffee beans, giving you full control of your daily caffeine intake. When I asked for a full refund under “Not as Described,” they admitted sucralose is present but still insisted on charging handling fees—despite it being their error, not mine. This is deceptive advertising and poor customer service. Don’t rely solely on their marketing copy. Buyer beware.

Still on the fence with Neurogum. I've had it for about a week. Chewing a couple of pieces in the afternoon instead of drinking coffee. I'm just chewing it like gum not keeping it between my cheek and gum (which I'm not sure if that's what you're supposed to do). I'd say the flavor is fine. I also *think* I'm feeling less caffeine cravings in terms of feeling less energy drag... but can't say that I feel any change in mental clarity or anything that feels like a BOOST in energy. I'm wondering if I should be chewing more at once or more often? I'm going to keep using it but honestly not feeling the mental clarity, energy or other effects I was hoping for.

However, we recommend chewing for about 5–10 minutes to help the ingredients absorb effectively. In terms of effects, everyone’s sensitivity to caffeine and nootropics can vary. Some people notice a boost right away, while for others it’s more subtle and builds over time. You might experiment with taking 2 pieces at once, especially if you’re used to higher amounts of caffeine, and see how that feels. First time I ordered, the delivery went well. Second time I ordered (bigger order), they did not deliver. After 3 emails, I got an answer. In my account the package was still on it’s way, but customer support told me, it was delivered……. Sounds sketchy to me… Gum works great, delivery and customer support is very bad!!!

This gum is one of the worst things I've never tasted. I can't describe how bad it tastes. I've taken it for the past few days and honestly I prefer just drinking a coffee, it’s an interesting product and maybe for others but if you have sensitive taste buds probably not for you. I wish it had been better but it’s really awful to taste and try. Had a friend try it as well with me and they agreed it was impossible to chew for more than 2-3 minutes.
