Beware, some of the shipping companies that they use are independently owned and lose money using them (yes, that defeats the purpose of being on their platform you’d think)
To make a profit or break even, the company (in my case, UPS), will state that the weight or box measurements are not accurate, resulting in a billing adjustment.
This is fraud and a waste of time from having to dispute.
They should be requesting that the carrier documents proof of it, and if they did, I’d be willing to bet they would have way less billing adjustments.

One of the worst shipping experiences I…
One of the worst shipping experiences I have ever had. I scheduled a pickup and clearly provided both the pickup and delivery addresses. Somehow, they managed to send the driver to the DELIVERY address instead of the PICKUP address. How does a shipping company make a mistake that basic?
I selected an 8:00–10:00 AM pickup window because I was moving that same day and needed my packages collected before I left. Instead, when I called for help, I was told their window was supposedly 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. The representative I spoke with was also extremely rude and dismissive, even though the entire problem was caused by their mistake.
The lack of accountability was unbelievable. Rather than apologizing and immediately fixing the problem, I was left stressed out on moving day trying to figure out what to do with eight packages because their driver went to the wrong address.
They eventually refunded my money, which they absolutely should have, but a refund does not make up for the wasted time, stress, terrible customer service, and complete lack of professionalism.
This company needs to train its staff on basic customer service, communication, and how to distinguish a pickup address from a delivery address.
I will NEVER use this service again. If you have an important or time-sensitive shipment, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. Absolutely unacceptable.

We will avoid these guys going forward
We will avoid these guys going forward. Consistently over charging after the fact with no compensation. We have 25 years building shipping boxes and crates with few problems except when it comes to netparcel and UPS. We were double billed for a shipment and then charged an extra 140% after the fact after UPS automated measuring devices measured our package a fraction of an inch over large. We measured accurately when the package was built and were within margins. UPS own guidelines claim their equipment is certified withn plus minus 1 but they refuse to tell us where the package measured over or provide verification. Netparcel refuses to go to bat for us even though UPS admits that packages can become compressed and bulge during transit. The shipping industry is as crooked as the Whitehouse. Joke companies with employees that don't care.

Their pricing is not accurate
Their pricing is not accurate, they keep charging you extra over and over and over and over again for literally nothing. We started to overestimate all our packages because for some reason every time we send something out it apparently is somehow someway not the same as what we declared. I am sick and tired of dealing with this, find yourself another company. These guys prices are good during QUOTE but I can assure you that is not the price you will pay as once you get your invoice you will see you are being overcharged with new additional charges. You can claim something as 1lb and somehow they will say that is 10lbs lol. This is ridicolous and no way to run a business - this has been happening for far too long now and they don't fix it they just blame it on the customer and tell you we can dispute it which takes 30-40 business days lol. What a joke of a company, read all the other reviews theres a reason their there and they aren't lieing.

Net parcel make sure you document everything pictures
Net parcel the pricing is okay it's better if you contact Purolator UPS FedEx Canada Post etc and ICS careers and set up an account and you'll get okay pricing but net parcel has pretty good pricing but the problem with them to make sure you cover yourself dealing with these guys document every week every item you ship your package dimension make sure you have pictures to prove everything because they always have some kind of issue where they want to bill you extra whether it's a dollar and one cent to $10 he always say oh it's the carrier who's telling you different this than the other one you speak to the carrier they said they don't know what you're talking about so just to cover your self make sure you have your photo identification of your items weight everything but these people are their customer service is zero horrible don't like them just a pricing is good on some stuff but always shop around

Want zero privacy and multiple post-payment phone calls?
Really odd experience as a first-time Netparcel user. Firstly, the website is brutal and not intuitive at all, but after being errored out 10 times, I managed to get the site to cooperate with a quote and finally proceed to the "payment" screen. Well, that gave me an error. So I tried again, and again, and changed credit cards. Still errors. I have a business Paypal account, and they are partnered with Netparcel, so I figured why not try that; nope, errors. I then called support, got a voicemail. Emailed support - as of yet, no reply.
Anyway, I called support again, and finally got someone and they said it was because of my email domain that I prefer for privacy reasons (protonmail). Apparently that was the reason I wasn't able to get past the payment screen...Does that make sense to anyone? Why even let me sign up with that email if it's the email that is not allowing me to check-out?
I registered a new account with a gmail address, it worked, I now know the nuances of the website and was able to get a shipping label sorted out and printed. Dropped off my package at Purolator; no issues there.
Then, I get a called from "Netparcel" with "questions about my parcel"...Specifically the content, why I insured it for X amount, and needing to know exactly what was inside. I said what was inside, and asked why this is an issue, this all seems grossly abnormal. The person on the line said it was standard as I am a new account. I said, there's no way you call every new person who mails something. Then he said, it came from his management to reach out and inquire more details about the contents of the package. I said if you wanted details about the package, and your company is called Netparcel, you would think that all that information would need to be filled out at checkout. I'm not sure if it's a compliance thing or what, but if you need a description for my parcel, make it mandatory to fill out BEFORE I've paid for it, and handed it over to the carrier.
The Netparcel agent is supposed to call me back, so I may get more insight on this at a later time, but basically, if you want zero privacy and harrassment for mailing things, with 20 questions about what it is and why you're mailing it, choose Netparcel for your mailing logistic needs.

This shipping service is a joke
This shipping service is a joke. 6 out of 10 times I used this service, I received a second charge about 1 month later, always with nebulous reasons for the increase. Also, I have no way to verify if it is even a legit charge. They simply tell you that they received an increased charge. In one case, the fuel surcharge went from $4.86 to $11.69. I was told it was because the price of oil went up. What? It went triple? Absolute nonsense. Just lies and fake charges. Will never use again.
