I moved my domain and email hosting to neoxea after a really poor customer experience with domain.co.nz. I know next to nothing about these things and have a really simple website so don't need a lot of support - until something goes wrong! Rodolfo from neoxea.com has been an absolutely INCREDIBLE support to get me started. He was super calm, patient, very knowledgeable and went the extra mile numerous times! I was also so grateful for his flexibility in communication as I have small children and can only reply when I have time. I will be recommending neoxea.com to everyone I know, because when you have a small business you need your website to work and for it not to take up too much brain space! Thank you so much Rodolfo!! You are an absolute asset to your company and I can breathe easier knowing that if I have any questions, someone friendly and helpful is just one message away.

In general, Neoxea is a worthy hosting site. There could be a ton of improvements in the support pages to detail functions and procedures. Every time I look to online support, I find the bare minimum of information. That being said, EVERY time I look for help, Rodolfo has been responsive, knowledgeable and has been able to sort out every single issue I had with starting up, email setup and transferring domains over to this service. What Neoxea lacks in the "knowledgebase" more than makes up for it with personal customer service.

We have plans to create more content on the knowledgebase, so please stay tuned. Thank you for being a Neoxea customer and looking forward to assisting you anytime soon.

I’ve been using Neoxea for my website hosting, and it continues to be an outstanding experience. The hosting performance is incredibly reliable, ensuring fast load times and minimal downtime. What truly sets Neoxea apart, though, is their excellent customer support. The support team is not only highly responsive but also knowledgeable and helpful, addressing any issues swiftly and professionally. Overall, Neoxea offers a powerful hosting solution with top-notch support, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for reliable and efficient web hosting services. Highly recommended.

I will say my opinion here frankly Neoxea is great the support is amazing and fast as lightning but the best speed with experience you get an amazing experience and other than that the hosting is very excellent compared to the price I bought the highest plan at a price of about $ 35 with a .com domain for a year for free and this is amazing man even the price of renewing the domain with them is logical and fixed not like the companies I know and you too in the bottom line if you have a budget that does not buy you a gram of gold invest in Neoxea hosting and you will earn more than gold
