This is early, but so far, my onboarding experience was the best I have ever had. Pedro made it a smooth process. The live chat was so helpful. I was very cautious as i never heard of these guys before, but if the claims are true and the speed matches the service. I will be very happy with my decision. I will follow up with another review in the future. So far...definitely 5-Stars!

I dont usually give 5 stars, but I am fairly new with Neoxea. 2 tickets opened and closed to 100% satisfaction, promptly. Friendly email tone. I also was looking for companies other than your godaddies, and several of them surprisingly have difficult sign up processes. Neoxea was easy to get up and going. So I had no reason to give just 4 stars. Give them a look. I am happy so far.

I have transferred our company domain to Neoxea, what convinced me is the real support, 24/7 with real people not chatbots and long waiting queue, also they asked about all the information in order to give the best server location and made tests for our website also they helped me transferring our domain it was as simple as 10 min work. Thanks to all, I'm glad that our website is in good hands.
