In general, Neoxea is a worthy hosting site. There could be a ton of improvements in the support pages to detail functions and procedures. Every time I look to online support, I find the bare minimum of information. That being said, EVERY time I look for help, Rodolfo has been responsive, knowledgeable and has been able to sort out every single issue I had with starting up, email setup and transferring domains over to this service. What Neoxea lacks in the "knowledgebase" more than makes up for it with personal customer service.
