NeolumoReviews of neolumo.com

I was introduced to Neolumo at Cape Town airport, making my way on holiday. Only to be pleasantly surprised after concerned reluctance!!! I was first offered an eye collagen treatment. My consultant was knowledged and reassuring. Professionalism was something that stood out to me. The results was undeniable. I did try the night cream but my holiday budget only allowed me to take one, so I chose the eye cream. Im a happy chappy:) Compliments to the staff for making me feel special.

I got myself the eye cream and it is amazing, big thanks to Kaia, she was an amazing guide when it came to choosing the correct products. The reason for it being a 3 star review and not a 5 star is because I noticed how a particular consultant interacts with her staff members. I briefly interacted with her, I believe her name to be Hope, she was very disrespectful and made some snarky comments while I was being assisted. Truly lowered the quality of my experience there.

Amazing staff, very friendly 10/10 customer service

Die Produkte sind sensationell! Einmal pro Woche ist ach als Mann machbar und das Hautbild hat sich deutlich gebessert!

Recently purchased skin care product at the shop. I have to mention Dylan, who was professional in any aspect - explaining in details about the products and was very kind and helpful from the very first moment. Thank you once again, hope will meet again soon.
