I got myself the eye cream and it is amazing, big thanks to Kaia, she was an amazing guide when it came to choosing the correct products. The reason for it being a 3 star review and not a 5 star is because I noticed how a particular consultant interacts with her staff members. I briefly interacted with her, I believe her name to be Hope, she was very disrespectful and made some snarky comments while I was being assisted. Truly lowered the quality of my experience there.

Neo lumo nagelset ist schon nicht schlecht. Allerdings geht das Nagelhaut Fläschchen nicht auf. Das finde ich sehr schade und lässt meine Bewertung schlechter ausfallen

Meine bestellte Waren über 220€ sind seit 2 Monaten nicht angekommen. Das Geld haben sie mir auch nicht zurückgesendet. Nichts ist geschehen obwohl sie mir versprochen haben das Geld zu senden. Das Geld wurde mir endlich zurückgestattet und als Entschuldigung habe ich die Produkte gratis bekommen.
