Purchased for 86 yr adult who was reluctant to use. Turns out she has more pain relief from TENS session than prescribed medications for ruptured discs causing sciatica. Although instructions are clear and easy to understand, it took repetitive use for elderly adult to operate. Eventually got the hang of it.

I bought a ten unit from amazon and it doesn’t work. It’s the neocarbon ten uni. When I try to charge it, it comes on few a minutes and shuts down. Amazon refunded my money back but I just wanted to send a review. Thank you
