I absolutely love my neocarbon. I have been using it every day for a few weeks now. It provides the relief I’m looking for. It is definately a value for my money. I love that it comes in red and that it comes with its own storage case. In addition, I like that I have the option to use 2 or 4 pads. I highly recommend this product.

The instruction booklet for this unit does not explain how to reach the programs related to the EMS and relax modes which go above the number 12. It also does not explain that you can lock your settings. I just happen to come across that accidentally by quickly press, pressing the off button.

Ive had this for about 1 year now, I love the option of having 3 different modes and each mode has several different patterns! The different modes and patterns have definitely helped my lower back pain and my recovery feel much better! My pain and muscle spasms reduce significantly!

I just received my tens device from Amazon this morning. Was working great. Than it kept stopping on me than I notice it turns on but the tens mode would not increase on the left bottom button. Everything else works, it didn't show battery is low either. I increase it again and it just goes to zero as I press the up button. I think it's defective. Very disappointed because I just discovered such a device existing in this world and was looking forward for relief finally. Any suggestions on a reset? The battery showed 3 bars how do I know if it needs to be charged?
