I'm using their service called UberSuggest but the data they show me that is not up to date all the time and the software itself seems so buggy to me. I hope they can fix all the things soon. Also, they try to consult you through popups all the time which is really annoying in a paid app. Edit after ubersuggest's comment: I'm not a free trial user.

I am leaving two stars just because of Neil Patel and his knowledge and free SEO tools that he shares with people. However, the agency he created to help small and medium-sized businesses is a crap. People who left 1-star reviews are right. They take your money and do not do the job. They seemed to be not knowing what they are doing. I am still fighting to get my money back, filed a report with Amex already. People, just be aware and learn how to do SEO yourself or look for more professional agencies.
