Regarding our Title Transfer services, we provide a comprehensive disclosure prior to checkout that clearly outlines the required documentation, as well as a detailed explanation of the overall process. Our goal is always to ensure customers understand what is needed to successfully complete their transaction. In certain cases, including this one, additional information or corrections are required to meet California DMV documentation standards. Our agents reached out multiple times to assist and to request the necessary verification so we could move the process forward in compliance with DMV inventory requirements. Unfortunately, the requested corrections were not received, and the submitted documents remained incomplete. As a result, the order was canceled and a full refund was promptly issued. We remain committed to helping our customers navigate the DMV process as smoothly as possible and are always available to provide guidance when needed.

With regards to Title Transfer services, it is true that NeedTags charges service fees for expedited DMV title transfers with concierge level first class support. The cost of the actual transfer itself, i.e. DMV registration fees are finalized/collected only after your paperwork is received by our office. This important information is disclosed and explained in detail prior to checkout, alongside a full explanation of the process. We require our customers to acknowledge the necessity of mailing in documents during the checkout process. Our website explicitly states the following, "I agree that I must provide a copy of my identification and original title via mail. Additional documents may be required. Detailed instructions will be emailed after checkout." This information, and and our Terms and Conditions must be accepted. Title transfers can be tedious, and it's best to have a trusted DMV registration service provider on your side.
