When I ordered the item it was supposed to arrive before Thanksgiving it did not. When I received the item it was below grade the color the size the material was awful. Numerous times I asked for an address to ship it back for a refund many times I ask for this, then you offered me to keep the item and give me $3 refund that was definitely out of the question. The second time you offered me $7 that's out of the question especially when I paid $24.99 for the item. Weeks later you finally send me an address to returned item back well just because it's a China address doesn't mean I'm not going to send the item back cuz I'm going to get my money whether you like it or not. No wonder you're getting bad reviews the way you treat your customers. I will be reporting you to better Business bureau and also the police!

The advertisement caught my eye while going through Facebook. What I found a little confusing was after you placed an item in the cart, there was no link to Continue Shopping. This would have made the experience much better.
