I downloaded all my photos, then had to delete about half of them. That took quite awhile, as I had to go through several times. Once I did that, I went to the next step, and the screen went black. I don’t know what happened to them, the file was just gone. So all that time was a big waste. I love the idea of this photo album, but it’s not worth the hassle.

The worst experience buying online. I wrote to them and bought a blouse, but it's not linen, it's not my size. I asked them to give me the address to return it to and to refund my $. They told me to keep the blouse and that they would only return $3.00, and the blouse and everything, along with shipping, cost $33. They are scammers and thieves

The pictures were great but the quality of the fabric was terrible. I opted to return all four items in my order. I was offered $4 to keep the items, then $7 and finally $35. I opted to return and although the web says made in USA the return was to China @ $30.00 postage. So i accepted the $35 credit, kept the items and learned a hard lesson. Think twice before you make the same mistake.
