All good, thank you

I had to cancel my order and they took care of everything fairly and smoothly. Says a lot.

received callback very soon after I needed it, was given good information so I could finish assembling the chair

comfortable

Order came quickly. Assembly was straight forward and directions were clear and easy to follow. Good quality. (This is my second Maxnomic chair, the first one lasted over 10 years)

So quick back story, I've had my Maxonomic chair for a little over 10 years and its in great condition (just the leather is a little faded).. only thing was the lever adjusting height was messed up.. I bought a new cylinder and EASILY replaced it. I SAVED so much money because I was super close to calling it quits. THANK YOU!

I ordered a cylinder for my chair. I placed the order for the wrong one. My fault. Called in and they were more than helpful. They sent me the one I needed. Great customer service.

Good. Thank you
