I spent 3 weeks trying to buy as a wholesaler. So you fill out all your info on the wholesale application they ask on there site just to get an e-mail asking for the same info. So i filled it out sent it back. Then more time goes by I get an e-mail that says unfortunately we cant help you with your request due to you selling on a third party site. NOT once did I say I was selling on a third party site. So I called and that was a joke. Lady answers says who name was at the button on the email ummm there isn't one you should know that. Oh well he's not here hes at lunch sounded like there were 3 people in the office. So I called back lady answers again This is Bill calling back oh Phil no Bill OK. I just spoke to you. Well any here he is. I was denied because if says I'm going to sell third party which I never said that. Do you have a brick n mortar store no i sell on my website. Well that's why you don't have a brick n mortar store. Which is a lie but ok. But just come up with some bullshit and say whatever. No wonder you reviews and products are shit. If you don't like what you do then get a different job. I was a fan of your the products but I'm good you guys keep on acting like you get a little yellow school bus ride to work and helping the company fail. Good luck

Worst distributer I've ever dealt with. Ordered something in mid December that never showed up with no explanation. I emailed them January 8th because there was no sign of it. They said they would forward it to their warehouse team for a review. I emailed a week later to follow up. They said my order had been escalated and thank you for my patience. I emailed January 29th. They said it was shipping soon. I email again on Feb 4th. They send me the same copy and pasted response from their last email. I waited until Feb 11th before I just said you guys are a joke, give me a refund. Never ordering from them again and would advise everyone else not to either.

Garbage company they make good products but it takes forever to get them.

Took two months to get package you see all the youtube videos opening up horror boxes yeah a scam ok I order one in december got it in February not 500 dollers worth 200 dollers is what the vaule is and it's all junk firts time buying on neca and it's my last hope you close down

Do not do business with this company. They will give you the run around and then stop responding to your emails all together. I ordered an item two months ago, never received the item and was never refunded my money. Spend your money with a reputable company.

I cannot believe how unorganized NECA haha become. We send them out hard earned money and they do not care. I’ve tried buying from them several times and recently A Sci Fi and Horror Blind Box. It’s been a month and still no movement.. Close to 300 dollars and still nothing. This needs to be addressed as the collecting community will retaliate by not supporting or buying NECA’s merchandise … Better Business Bureau should be contacted about this.

I ordered a sci fi blind box on Dec 22nd, they took my $142.00 immediately. Now over a month later all it says is order confirmed. Called customer service, goes straight to voicemail, no callback and send several emails. Again no reply. Do not order from them!

Neca in general sucks , they are terrible when it comes to release dates , they will hype a figure all year and say out for Halloween if it's a horror figure or by Christmas and they don't deliver ..They seem to have no problems with releasing the damn turtles but other figures it's when or if they come out . The only place I can get neca here in Florida is target and Walmart , two of the most incompetent stores because neca never goes to restock or update . I usually have to wait months for them to hit Amazon . Neca being greedy like Disney wants you to order from their store where it takes two weeks to deliver plus shipping charges , so , I figure that would cost me about 35 on axin cost me about 55 through Neca
