Add my review to the list of unhappy customers. Ordered 5 "12 Days of Christmas" Figures and a Horror blind box on 12/24/24. Still have received none of it. I keep messaging customer service and receive a generic "Your order is being processed in our warehouse now" message... this was their response a month ago, still nothing. I need to watch for the inevitable class action lawsuit that results from their business practices, I'll get my little chunk for their poor business ethics....

Wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered figures during their '12 days of Christmas' sale and still have not received them on March 10th. After I first asked them why I hadn't received them yet, they said the items were being packed and shipped. That was January 28th (already 6 weeks after I'd ordered them). Still haven't even gotten a shipping confirmation, and they told me on March 3rd they were 'escalating' my case to see what the issue is. I had ordered from them before without issue, but I will NEVER order from them again.

Ordered a figure from their website and ended up emailing them to cancel the order after reading reviews from others who had ordered saying how awful their experience with Neca was. I hadn’t gotten any emails from Neca with shipping information, so I requested the order be cancelled so I could order from somewhere else to receive my item in a timely manner, but Neca refused to cancel the order saying it was already being shipped. I used the tracking number to track the package and it couldn’t be tracked. The next day I tried tracking the package again and it showed a label was created, AFTER I tried to cancel the order.

Terrible customer service and communication. I order $500 worth of items in December of 2023 and the items were never shipped. I'm now going through the refund process. Its been 2 months and I still have not received my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE NECA STORE ONLINE SITE.

I ordered the goods in June 2024, and received their shipping notice in January this year, using ups express. Turns out, there was an issue with the address and UPS sent my package back to neca! There was nothing wrong with the address I filled in. I don’t know what went wrong in the middle, but the package was returned! I tried contacting them several times via email and they responded to me on February 18th this year, asking me to give them some time and they would resend the goods. It's already March and I haven't received any shipping notification yet! . I want a refund! They really procrastinate. I've really had enough! Updated： I received the product on March 7th without any email notification. Their customer service is completely out of sync with the warehouse. I won't change my review, and I suggest you consider it carefully if you want to buy from their website!

Absolute Horrible Company. I preordered a "made to order item" ($300) from their website in April 2024 shipping in Sept 2024. Other people started receiving theirs in Sept with some getting double orders (not billed for the second shipment) while I still received nothing. In November the company finely addressed the issue and admitted they double shipped and asked for those shipments to be sent back to send to other customers instead of just doing another production run. I got my shipment in December and naturally the shipper box looked like it was put through the ringer and had several labels peeled off. The worst part was the item was not factory sealed. The tape on the box was cut open. If they inspected it for missing pieces they could of put a quality control sticker on it. I wanted a new SEALED item. Emailed them and was told a new one would be shipped. Weeks go by and nothing. Contacted them again and was told a refund would be issued. Weeks go by and no refund. After 2 months and several emails just giving me the runaround "our management team is working on it" still no refund. I used PayPal and the 90 day refund was past so was out of luck with them. The names of the customer service reps don't sound "western" so don't know what country handles them. That could be part of the problem. Please don't order from their website or even purchase one of their products from another retailer. I am done with them

We pre ordered in July still not received . Told us it's getting ready about 3times to be shipped . Asked for them to cancel order but still waiting for a refund . 8 months no product no refund !!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!! I placed an order 2 months back and still have not received anything but BS emails saying my items with ship soon. I will be contacting my bank to get my money back… EXTREMELY HORRIBLE COMPANY.
