I just received the M3GAN signed card and was so happy to be able to include it with my Life size M3GAN figure ! I am a proud owner of M3GAN and have her on display in my living room, still in the display case !She is number 38 of the series and is beautiful ! I had great communication with NECA during the entire process ! Good job !

I had bought "The Game of Jaws" which arrived with some external damage to the box. I contacted customer service, who shipped me a new box so that I could properly display my Jaws game. Very appreciative that they went above and beyond to help make this right.

Ordering directly from neca saves a lot of money if you got time to wait for good things...yeah the shipping can be slower than ebay or Amazon but the selection is far exceeded directly from the source and the money saved makes it great in my opinion. I honestly was concerned about my shipment but customer service assurance and the email of ups shipment put me at ease and that was that. The blind box deals are great as well...check them out!

I live in the UK & ordered the bride of chucky Tiffany 1:1 doll as was sold of everywhere here in the UK & still is. The doll arrived approximately 3 weeks later & one of the hands was damaged, I reached out to NECA who then sent me out a replacement 2 weeks later. The replacement arrived today. We don’t get customer service like that in the UK I would have just been asked to return and refunded. When I had a similar issue with ripped foam on my Chucky doll from a popular UK store M.A.H I was just told all the dolls were the same & they’d refund me & I could then buy another ripped doll if I wanted 🙄 so I will be buying a chucky doll from direct from NECA now.

i pre ordered chucky and tiffany dolls . they shipped the tiffany within 2 weeks and chucky within 3 . both packages arrived no damage
