I purchased a NECA Jason Voorhees replica mask. Had it for a few days and my wife knocked it off the hook it was hanging on in my rec room. Found out it is made of just brittle resin. No reinforcment of any form used in manufacturing. So it’s broken. I messaged NECA customer service at customerservice at necaonline.com and told them what happened and suggested that they change the way it’s manufactured for future products. We are paying a lot of money for these collectables and expect quality. Their response was very disappointing. “Thank you for contacting us about this. I'm sorry but we do not have any information about this. Thank you, NECA Customer Service” Since receiving that I have discovered online that this poor customer service is very common and has a long history with the collectors community.

My figure is broken out of the box, Customer Service refuses to apologize or help in any way. Just an email with a sentence. The gist of it is "Oh it's broken, our company is not responsible." There is no apology, no compensation, once you get the product, it's your problem. I won't buy from NECA again.

Their products are good, but the problem is that they are not able to always fulfill orders due to poor management on their end. After ordering, they won't always tell you that they can't fulfill it, sometimes the order just dies until you bug them enough and they tell you they’ve now sold out. Extremely incompetent company. Even worse if you roder their products form 3rd pasrties as the 3rd party orders are hit or miss if they will be filled. This results in your having to repurchase on the after market for an inflated price.

I bought my 5 year old grandson “The Game of Jaws” for his birthday. Mind you it was not cheap…I paid over $70 for the game (included shipping). When we tried to play it, the mechanism that should trigger the jaws to shut are so tight that there was no way to get it to clamp down. Not even by a 5 year old! Wrote NECA about it and was promptly told there are no refunds. Will NEVER order from them again and highly advise anyone who does to use caution.

I honestly love the figures but recently they passed on a 10% Tariff Surcharge to every order. Went to place an order but passed. I don't agree with the recent tarrifs but it's a shame so many companies are willing to lose sales and customers over them. I'd leave no stars if I could. Greed has destroyed customer service and loyalty.

Incompetent customer service and months of delay – never again! I placed an order with NECA in March (Immediately available) expecting a collectible that was meant to be a special gift. After months of waiting, the package was returned to the USA due to NECA’s fault: they wrote an incomplete address and a completely incorrect phone number on the shipping label – not a single digit matched mine. What’s worse, the label was handwritten (yes, in 2025), making things even more unprofessional. I sent multiple follow-ups asking for clarification during these months, and they kept telling me “everything was fine” – obviously, it wasn’t. Now, after all this time, they say they’ll send a new package once the original returns, which could take another 3-4 months. Communication with their support has been slow, unclear, and frustrating. I had to demand a refund and even cite European consumer laws to get a proper response. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Poor logistics, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. I will never order from NECA again, and I don’t recommend anyone outside the US to do so either.

I bought a mystery box which I was super excited for.. $89 of garbage. They sent the same character twice.. Frankenstein, Who the heck wants the same character twice… please do not waste your money extremely disappointed

Absolute avoid their STORE RETURNS errrr I mean their Blind Boxes. They are used store returns. EVERYTHING in my last box was opened. Half of them missing accessories. They state everything is "New" but it is clearly USED open box and returns. I had to charge back on my CC.
