The airbrish broke on first use. When I contacted customer support their advice was to buy another one. I said I was not happy and would review accordingly. Their response: "Leaving a negative unfair review is not going to solve your issue and it will not affect our business as we have many customers with hundreds of positive reviews who love the airbrush. Your review will just look funny compared to many other good reviews. " I will not be buying from this company again. The company don't even believe I bought an item from them and have branded this a fake review The order number is #41403 it was placed on Friday 5th November. Please check your records. And now TrustPilot content integrity have said: “ The reply in question to your review which you've shared with us is not considered defamatory and is not breaching guidelines. If a company considers a review to be fake they can flag it for further investigation with our content moderator team To ensure the integrity of reviews on Trustpilot, we balance the rights of users to express their honest opinions and experiences against our legal obligations to remove certain content.” It looks to me like NeatAndHandy are playing the system. They state publicly that the review is fake but don’t report it to TrustPilot as such. This means their response to the review stays up so undermining its integrity. Nice loophole TrustPilot! Update 28 Dec. After calling out TrustPilot on Twitter they reached out to me. I then provided proof of purchase to them a second time. NeatandHandy have now taken down their defamatory comment and have posted a new one saying they have shipped me a replacement product. Update 30 Dec. This is just weird now. After posting the above update NeatandHandy have now posted a NEW comment stating "It looks like you have never purchased anything on our website and are trying to leave a fake review."

Had a little bit of trouble with courier, but neatandhandy were fantastic with their customer service response. Item arrived very quickly and is fantastic! Thank you so much!

This is my second order off this company. Both times something has gone wrong with shipping just not moving. However, each time I asked what was happening I was looked after very well! Both deliveries arrived. As for the products -love them!

I ordered the Vision Goggles from this site and was skeptical, with all the false ads out there, but the item arrived and I was astonished at how well-designed and useful it is. So much, that I ordered their Airbrush and can't wait for it to arrive. Well done Neat and Handy, I look forward to more items from you all.

Product received in a timely manner. Quality of product was excellent. Glad I ordered a couple different colors.

These magnifying glasses have made such a difference to the work I am doing at the moment. Anyone who does close up work they are really worth purchasing. I would definitely recommend them, I am so pleased with them.
