I ordered a new airbrush needle on 18th May. It was sent and dispatched. Evri lost the parcel. John from customer services sorted my issue. The first airbrush we bought from neatandhandy is excellent. The new needle works as intended. Recommended.

Found the item on Facebook ad. Received item and use it daily to work on diamond painting crafts. These magnifying headsets are a game changer.

There was a little confusion re. the shipping status and tracking number. Just received product and it's exactly as described and works great. It's very versatile.

The product is great! My husband says the are comfortable and great for working on his Warhammer. My only complaint is that when we ordered the item, we were not told it was on back order until days after placing the order. When I asked for assistance, one message came back with this information, another told me the time just shipped and tracking info was to follow. A few days later, I asked again, and got the same reply regarding they just received the product and are shipping now. Once that happened, we got the item very quick.

Nice mini airbrush, replacement needles and nozzles cause bubbles.

I love these glasses for my Diamond Painting! The magnifying lenses and light make it so much easier to do my craft. So glad I bought them!
