Yall should count yourselves blessed having someone with that kind of heart as a part of your team. The compassion he showed hit me right in the heart and has me still thinking about it the next day. Very professional but also pleasant and friendly. Their timely turn around and willingness to work with me literally saved me in court when things got a little tense with the judge. I was able to present the result of my assessments and that ultimately was my saving grace. I potentially owe them my freedom. I used Brian Davis as my SAT and he made every step I had to go thru very understanding and always took his time dealing with all my questions. And I ask a lot a questions. Laura at Arcpoint Labs was very friendly and patient with dealing with me and was very thorough on everything I needed to do.

Still no refund and assessment.. I even sent them an assessment I had done from a legit place. And they could have copied it but instead I received nothing. And they said they'd refunded me and they didn't. Long reply from nd assessments all I wanted was the assessment I paid for or a refund and that was only half my money they got after they sent me to other private practices of there choice. But this isn't professional at all putting my personal issues on here for all to see....just goes to show they aren't professionals beware as long as this helps someone else from this scam well read my personal issues ....they couldn't help me with license beaur .....

We happily help 100s of individuals every year regain their driving privileges within the confines of their state’s requirements to legitimately reinstate their driver’s license. It is unfortunate that after numerous verbal and written efforts we have been unable to satisfy Sunshine. In the vast majority of cases, our clients are very satisfied with the help we provide them in their journey but occasionally there are times where the client disagrees with our professional opinion. Unfortunately, when the client has differing self-assessment, though we always listen, we won’t always necessarily be persuaded to agree with that opinion. We do provide refunds in circumstances where the client can provide proof that the assessment was rejected by the authority who required the assessment to be done. A rejected assessment is a sign that something was deficient in our service – something which is rare in our history of providing assessments online since 2004. In the case of this client we received no proof from the state licensing authority that our assessment was rejected. Furthermore, we feel that this unsatisfied customer’s reviews of us violates TrustPilot review standards. Specifically, our understanding is that reviews should not name individuals within the company and there should be one review per business transaction. Presently, Sunshine has left seven (7) 1-start reviews in reference to one business transaction with our company, and made references to specific individuals in our company in 5 of those reviews. Our belief is that a company with integrity can rely on their strong relationships with courts, employers, and legal professionals. It would be a sign of compromised integrity to change our professional opinion if we were to enable someone to restore their driving privileges without meeting the criteria directed by their state law. Refunding all fees in exchange for the removal of a bad review also violates our commitment to the public to provide honest and professional substance abuse assessments. Ultimately, we are willing to accept a negative review for the sake of our commitment to clinical integrity, adherence to state laws, and the safety of the traveling public.

Trevor was pathetic and rude and insisted to the point where he needed to be taught a lesson on etiquette. Edit: Trevor kept insisting over and over again and that caused me to be in tremendous stomach pain. After telling this retard that I have crohn's disease he kept going on and on that I use my medicine, that keeps me out of the hospital, recreationally. He doesn't even know me or my story on how lucky I am to be able to be alive thanks to my medicine. He is very lucky we never met in person and I am positive that his behavior towards me would be better if the visit were face to face. Trevor also missed the appointment time after I paid extra money for the service so I can have an appointment at 6pm on a weekday. Trevor kept changing the questions I answered on the questionnaire and harassed me over 6 times same question after question after I replied to his question. Now I still do not have the evaluation I needed for court and this company thinks they fixed the situation? They made it worse.
