You have outsourced your tech support outside the US. Bad idea, when an issue happens on Menulink I have to write their entire support request?? Used to get a replacement terminal sent within a day or so of an incident, not it is taking up to a week. Customer Service used to be your best attribute, Now is barely adequate

It was a small problem in Aloha. Is on inputting names every day or excluded them. It was an issue for a long time but once your technician found the problem We did 4 stars only 1 the 1 after 3 days reverted back. Other than that I don't know too much about the Aloha song is a software. Seems to be stable enough and hand of the load

They did a great job assisting me.

The tool doesn't have the option to install a shortcut for users to work from their own computers and they have always to connect to the server were Aloha installed.

I hade put in inventory for 14 cases of milk instead of 14 bottles I had submit inventory but then caught the mistake un posted the inventory with help from tech and resolved the issue
