Extremely challenging! Escalation teams not available to resolve on weekends, waiting for responses and having to call back for status. maybe my issues were unique, but it seemed like a lot of passing around my concerns. I am old fashioned and like having someone responsible to follow up with techs, etc to see issues are corrected and communicate with me. Not for get a different tech each time, and they don't have an answer? Many could fix immediate simple issues, but trying to install new hdwr, sftwr, CC processing, and service seemed it had everyone discombobulated. And I feel the Acct Exec or Service Rep should have been MORE involved. I am certain your organization has a shortage of staff to handle the amount of expansion that must be taking place, but passing Customers around in circles is NOT a respectable solution.

NCR tech support were so responsive and took care of the issue. We appreciate them researching this and making this a high priority

Wonderful service

The system and process are very good but suggest reducing complications of internal system integration in NCR Aloha System such as AOO, CMC, CFC, OE, ATO, etc.
