Hi Jessica, We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with Navicore Solutions’ service. Navicore has been helping individuals and families get out of debt for over 35 years. The quality of our counseling model combined with our relationships with creditors and community partners helps to provide an achievable process for our clients to become debt free. Being on the debt management program allows Navicore the ability to advocate on your behalf for reduced interest rates and concessions that are applicable to your situation. In addition, through our program, the entire debt is paid in full over a reasonable period of time of up to 5 years. We always welcome the opportunity to obtain the lowest payment possible for our clients when we can.

We strive for excellent customer service and will review your situation. There are times when not all accounts can be added to the DMP, despite our best efforts, which appears to be the case here. We do charge a nominal monthly fee, however it is dependent upon your ability to pay and state guidelines, and the fee was adjusted in this situation. We wish you success in your financial journey.
