The ordering process was great, surprisingly it didn't take that long to come from India but makes the cost a little pricey. I am on Day 4, not sure if I see or feel the affects as of yet. Day 1 was rough, I decided to not drink coffee as I normally do and by afternoon, I had a massive headache due to caffeine withdrawal. I ended up drinking tea that evening which helped. Every morning after, I have been drinking tea and I've been fine.

I paid $209 for 5 kilos top grain flour and 5 kilos of millet, UPS box clearly stated 9 kilos Barnyard millet was missing , and every jar of flour is about 1pound 10 ounces not single one is 1 kilo, I have the video clip and UPS receipt I send them , but they are giving me runaround offering voucher that would force me to do business with them again and pay shipping again , if there is way to upload the video and pics on this, Ill be glad to, maybe it will help someone else from this miserable overpriced experience, ordered on oct 2nd arrived with missing items and amount in each flour only 1lb 10oz, not kilo paid for, and barnyard kilo bag missing.
