I purchased a product and someone from customer service reached out to me saying that they didn’t have that brand, and gave me options of other brands to see if I wanted one of those as a replacement or if I wanted a refund. I really appreciated that. It turns out their suggestion was great! I’m definitely enjoying the replacement!

I received my order on time, well packaged. The smell of the flower is impressive

Placed order first for bigger size but it was canceled and received email it’s canceled by me which is incorrect then placed order for smaller size
