In theory, this is a good company. No fees to have an account and that is great for a new business. The amount of time it takes for your balance to change when making transfers is intolerable. Transfers take forever to reflect and pending charges take weeks to finalize. It is uncomfortable having large sums of money in limbo when the point of a digital account is easier access. I cannot afford to keep using this company.

I’m very happy to have spoken with him! He answered all my questions so well and was so patient and I needed that lol!

I’ve been wanting to cancel my subscription with you for quite sometime now. However, each attempt has led me nowhere other than to “update” my membership. Which really meaning “upgrade” such membership and spend more money on a service I no longer wish to have nor have any use for. You’ve sent me emailing repeatedly mentioning verbatim to cancel such membership if payment method continues to not go thru. Which I am COMPLETELY fine with. However you seemed to have charged my card “randomly”/“systematically” when ever you please with out my authorization. Very unprofessional and distrusting company. You make doing business so much harder for the consumer. And lead the consumer with false information. I simply wish to have my subscription canceled.

Hello Chad, thank you for your review. When you navigate to your profile, and go to view your plan, one of the options is our "Business Basic Plan", which is our free plan. Choosing this plan cancels future payments. We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience.

Mrs. Kim went above and beyond during our interaction . She provided me with information I was aware I needed. She set me on the right path when it was far from her responsibility. Thanks again Mrs. Kim!
