Signing up for premium service does not improve score as they imply. Actually, lowered mine despite increased credit lines and zero derogatory marks. What does increase exponentially is spam marketing to your business and fraudulent credit inquiries.

I mean, I guess it helps build credit. It’s not like the best thing ever. It’s not the worst. It’s just in the middle.

Loved them for building business credit, but as changes started to take place last year, they were not truthful nor forthcoming about Paydex scores no longer being displayed on their credit reports. According to a representative there, they still report to D&B, but they’ve made it where you basically either pay for both theirs and D&B's services or have no clue what your paydex score is, because apparently the paydex score is no longer the 1st go-to for business lenders. Also, instead of them canceling my service when the payment didn’t go through, they kept trying to charge my card and then reported it to collections after it wasn’t paid. Tuh!

Love Navs service but the process of going through product change or approval for Prime card left alot to be desired. Was denied because of an address entry problem. That was quickly identified and should have been easy to remedy. Instead Navs solution was to open another account under a new email address to get approved for Prime credit card which actually worked when it would have been so much easier to just fix the address issue on the initial application. Terrible process but I do love Navs services to be clear and would still recommend them to work with. Just be prepared for some frustrations and going back and forth with employees because all of their processes and procedures are not always clearly outlined!

I have to take down 2 points from what could be a 5. I say this due to there possibly being a glitch in their database when applying for the NAV Prime Checking. I tried 2x and as soon as you upload proof of business you get denied. I mean literally not even two seconds for it to upload there pops up the DENIED. I had been trying for almost two weeks to get help with the system just simply accepting the uploads. I wrote to their team 2x and finally got a response from Amy. Amy with NAV was excellent and I give her a 5 star for being available to help the during the second attempt. She was just as puzzled as I was with how quick the DENIED message came back on the screen. I humbly request for NAV Team and Tech Support look in to why this is happening to potential customers. I am not the only business person who is complaining. Please fix this soon. Thank you kindly.

In theory, this is a good company. No fees to have an account and that is great for a new business. The amount of time it takes for your balance to change when making transfers is intolerable. Transfers take forever to reflect and pending charges take weeks to finalize. It is uncomfortable having large sums of money in limbo when the point of a digital account is easier access. I cannot afford to keep using this company.

I am happy with finally getting finished with setting up my account

The NAV app never loads completely on my iPad or iPhone or Android phone. It tells me I have funding offers, but it wants to restart an application every time and won't show me the offers. Very frustrating. I will be unsubscribing from NAV.
