Our Plant Sentry™ system checks each order against state and federal agricultural regulations, which means you'll never receive a plant that can't legally or safely grow in your area.Our Growing & Glowing Guarantee covers every plant for 45 days after delivery. Beautiful, timely arrangement
I placed an order on a Tuesday afternoon for a Wednesday delivery. Wednesday they called me, explaining that the type of flower I had requested in my order was not available. They assured me that they would make and deliver a beautiful arrangement, substituting my requested flower, and still deliver that day. My sister sent me a photo of the flowers - and they went above and beyond. It was delivered on time, and was truly lovely. Thank you!

Don't order anything from here
Don't order anything from here! We spent hundreds to avoid going into the store with COVID and 2 of our trees died 1-2 weeks after planting. We watered them as needed and had fertilizer stakes in. The other 2 we ordered are fine and we did the same thing to all. Now they are refusing to send us new ones and instead want us to pay for shipping and 50% of the tree! They don't stand behind their products!

Placed several orders this spring - Would buy from again
Placed several orders this spring. All plants arrived in very good condition in well-packaged boxes. All plants transplanted well and are thriving. I liked the size options and variety of plants offered. Only complaint was a strawberry plant I ordered was on the extremely small size, but it was healthy and has grown well. Shipping times are varied, but that was fine with me. Definitely would buy from again in the future.

Two separate orders, same quality.
I placed two separate orders. the first one arrived right away and perfect. Sadly, the second order was rerouted by the delivery provider and took 5 extra days to arrive. This issue was not on the part of Nature Hills. Even with the delay all of the plants I ordered arrived undamaged and packaged well. The plants in the second order were dry on arrival (duh, 5 extra days) but they were in great spirits and were fine after planting. I am very pleased with the quality of my orders and will shop again.
