Nature Hills NurseryReviews of naturehills.com

My local garden centers did not have the tree I was looking for at the time & one told me they were not going to order any & the other didn't know if they would order any so I ordered one from NatureHills.com. Big mistake, not happy with the so called Cherokee Brave Dogwood Tree they sent. It does NOT look ANYTHING like the Cherokee Brave Dogwood trees I've seen at local garden centers who in the end did order the tree (angry about that too because I would have ordered from them). It looks almost exactly like the Dogwood BUSH I have in my backyard and there are hardly any branches on it...it looks like a "Charlie Brown" tree, except with a few leaves. I am now going to have to buy a Cherokee Brave Dogwood tree from the local Garden Center so I can replace the one Nature Hills sent me with a REAL Cherokee Brave Dogwood tree.

This is a terrible company! The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Once you place an order you will never be able to speak to a person if you have a problem. Stay away! One of their reps placed my order incorrectly and once I was able to see the order was not right it has been endless emails trying to tell them they made a mistake. They refuse to refund my money and say the mistake was mine!! Do yourself a favor and take your business else where.

this company ignores you and does not stand behind their product I bought a $200 granny smith apple tree last fall that did not leaf out this spring in ohio and is a dead stick they have constantly ignored my emails after they requested pics which I sent to them

Awful customer service and terrible, container bound plants. BUYER BEWARE.

Pathetic company, don’t buy from here. I made an order in March for a $60 climbing hydrangea plant, because I didn’t think I could find this in my local nursery. I did see it in my local nursery after I made my order but it was too late. I thought I would be getting a large plant that was several years old, so I justified the high price..When nature hills finally shipped my order it was the end of May. The weather was hot, the plant arrived with half of the leaves brown, some crusty, many have fallen off, and the pot it was in was small and cheap— like a $2 pot rather than a $60pot. It certainly wasn’t worth $60 of plant. There were no directions on what to do with the plant or what conditions it required or any other information. When you try to count contact nature Hills nursery it is impossible. There’s nowhere to call to get a real person, and there is no where to email even though they make it sound like you can just go to customer service. It’s a scam. Buy from somewhere else!!

Their packaging has merely a cardboard barrier that does not retain or support the shipping of potted plants. I ordered three $90 Azalea plants that arrived loose and out of their pots. Two plants were in one box and crushed into each other from their topsides. This caused a large amount of broken branches that has drastically reduced the size and viability of the plants. "customer service" does not even reply to email and phone calls only leave you with voicemail. Save yourself from aggravation by shopping somewhere else!

TERRIBLE!!!!!...SPENT 800.00 FOR HYDRANGIAS.....THE PACKAGING WAS SO BAD, THAT ALL MY PLANTS WERE FLOATING IN THE BOX WITH THE DIRT FROM THE PLANTS LOOSE IN THE BOX!!!...I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS....BUT I WANTED YOU ALL TO KNWO....STAY CLEAR OF THIS SUPPOSEDLY NURSERY!!!!!!

BUYERS BEWARE if you your package never arrives after 3 weeks from when it ships and you want a refund they will throw you through every loop hole possible then ignore you HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE And still yet to receive any package let alone a refund
