The snack quality was excellent and exactly as represented. The products came quickly. This is a better option for pantry snack products than Amazon.

I love the snacks here. The sweets are not too sugary. I have had a subscription for years. If you have problems or questions they are easy to get a hold of with really friendly staff. If you have an issue they do all they can to make it right. It’s really great!

I've been purchasing snacks from NatureBox for over two years now. Their snacks are delicious and well-priced! Their service is very friendly and efficient. I will continue to be a loyal customer for a long time. Thanks NatureBox! My favorite snack is the Cheddar Lentil Curls.

It comes super quick. They try to keep updating new snacks for a wide range of healthy snacks. However, I wish there was an option to bring back old snacks we loved.

I love Nature Box! Their snacks are great, and their customer service is exceptional. I ordered something that was not to my taste, so I emailed them, and less than half an hour later, I had the amount that it cost as a credit in my account, no questions asked.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! I placed an order with nature box in excess of $100. When my order arrived it was missing several of the items I ordered. Instead of sending what I ordered, the nature box credited my account for what was not sent. I went back to the website but what I ordered was completely sold out. Nature box refused to refund my money and would only give me store credit to buy something else (that I did not want) from there store. They are frauds and cheats and have no customer service other than text chat. I supposed this is the reason they have a C rating with the BBB. Spend your money elsewhere.

Hi Rich - we truly apologize for the experience. We care deeply about the customer experience and appreciate any feedback you can provide us on how we can improve. We will pass this along to our team in hopes of serving you better in the future. If there is anything else that we can do, please let us know. Best, The NatureBox Team
