I was a nervous wreck but everyone at Natural Transplant was so patient with me. Although I had a scheduled appointment, the procedure didn't start until I was ready. Dr. Siegel is AWESOME! He is very gentle & humble. Sabrina & Jen (tech's) were funny and communicated with me throughout the procedure. Jerry answered every question I had anytime of the day or night. My overall experience was one I will not forget. I highly recommend this company.

The experience was great. At first I was very anxious because I did not know what I have just sign myself for, but Dr Huebner and his fellow team made the procedure a breeze. The envrironment was calm and it made me get relax. They fed me Panera bread, candy, and I had bottle of water to keep me hydrated. I would recommend this company to anyone who need to get the procedure done.

I was rightfully nervous but the procedure with Dr. Huebner was almost pain free. It has been 5 weeks so too early to see any results yet but looking forward to the results.

Natural Transplants was an amazing experience. I was treated with the utmost respect, and was given five star service. The doctor was excellent, and I felt relaxed and comfortable during the whole procedure. The staff were very accommodating, and even brought me lunch. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend Natural Transplants to everyone.

My experience at Natural Transplants with Dr. Matt Huebner was hands down the absolute, most fantastic experience I've had at a doctor's office EVER! I'm a black female and I've never found a doctor who I felt comfortable with to perform this type of procedure with my hair type. I honestly had pretty high expectations going in and it's incredible that they exceeded that! From the moment you walk in you feel completely welcome. Dr. Huebner and the ENTIRE STAFF are genuinely warm, inviting and knowledgeable. My mother and boyfriend we're extremely comfortable and we had the entire office to ourselves to lounge and relax. Dr. Huebner ordered lunch for us, we all ate snacks and watched Netflix all day. We were all exhausted from our 4 hour delayed flight so I pretty much dozed off and when I woke up, I was done. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to Natural Transplants if you are interested in a hair transplant. I guarantee there is NO WAY you could possibly be disappointed. There's no Dr.'s office in the world like this one!

Dr. Heubner, Jerry, and the support staff were all great. My experience in this procedure was very little, and it took me a few months to get comfortable with my decision to proceed. They answered all my questions, and gave me the confidence I needed to proceed. I couldn't be more pleased with the personal touch and outcome thus far. I would highly recommend anyone considering this procedure to seek out the information before making a decision, and setting up a consultation at least with Dr. Heubner and Jerry.
