NINE DAYS POST OPS I recently had my procedure with Dr. Siegel and his team on January24th 2022. When I got to the office I was extremely, and I must emphasize extremely nervous but Dr. Siegal and his team were very welcoming and caring, this made me feel alot more relax. The office- very nice, snacks and I got to chose whether I wanted to listen to music or watch movie of my choice. Just over a week post ops but I am anxiously looking forward to the months ahead. Thanks for an amazing experience I appreciate you all so much! Can't wait to see my results!!!!

My scar isn't even noticeable with a very short hair cut. Very professional. All the proper procedures to make you feel comfortable and to also not feel a thing while going through the process.

I had my hair transplant with Dr. Siegel, I had amazing experience during the transplant. All the the doctors i came in contact with at the office were nice and friendly. The transplant technicians ( Jenny from the block, Scarlet, Prince Charles, and Ninah) were awesome, they are friendly yet very professional, they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They held my hands and comforted me during painful injection process...Thank you guys!!! I cannot forget the Patrice administrator Patrice Balfour, she was exceptionally professional in her dealings with me weeks before the surgery and even after the surgery. She is so easy to speak to and doesn't hesitate to answer questions, she returns calls promptly when she misses a call . I am very grateful.

I had my appointment with Dr Lee Llacer. Each stage of the entire process was strictly to the point and easy to understand. Dr Llacer is a very cool and relaxed guy. Much thanks to his assistants too. From the few times I spoke to Dr Blumenthal I was able to tell he's pretty cool as well. It was like hanging out with friends while getting my hair done. They said it would take up to a year to see the full results but so far I'm pleased

Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s only been 2 weeks since my procedure so I haven’t seen the results yet. However, communication from the time leading to the procedure and after the procedure has been GREAT! Day of the procedure Dr Blumenthal and his team were so nice, gentle, and made me feel at ease. I’m so happy with my decision and am excited to see what the outcome will be. It’s definitely worth the money and the trip. They are very professional and Dr Blumenthal is always responsive to my questions. I’m definitely recommending friends and family.

The whole experience was great! Dr. Matt and his team are kind, courteous and professional. I was fully informed of the type of procedure I was getting and I even had the choice of the type of hairline I wanted. I was feed a great lunch and everthing. This place and the people working there care, you can feel it and I'm looking forward to great results in the future.
