Still waiting for results after 9 months...
I got my hair transplant in January in Maryland. We are 9 months after the operation and my alopecia is still obvious/blatant. When my family and I look at myself, we do not see the changes. I have the same holes in the same places. I hope that my hair will grow where it was implanted but I am very doubtful. I was told that I am the perfect candidate with the ideal hair quality for transplantation. At 9months, we should get 70% of our result but what if the hair was not transplanted where it was needed? The sad part is that my alopecia was not very significant and my small holes are still here. I was reluctant to leave this kind of unhappy review. In fact, the operation day went great. The doctor and his assistants were attentive and friendly. It was a nice experience despite the poor result.
