The customer service was excellent. From the sales staff, to the pricing (I flew from Hawaii to get it done) to the receptionist, to the clinical assistants and the doctor they were all great. They continue to be a great help as I wait for my new growth. Its only been a month so its too early to say what the results will be from the transplant, BUT if its half as good as there customer service I'll have a full head of hair!!!

Dr. Huebner and his staff made the entire process very comfortable and easy for me . My husband and I didn't know what to expect. His staff and their work was above and beyond any thing I could have ever expected. I'm 4 months post op and I'm already seeing great results. I can't wait to see what the next months bring.

I’d like to thank Dr. Rose and her fantastic staff members for their hospitality . My family and I travelled by car from Toronto Canada all the way to Fort Lauderdale, FL in order for me to get this hair transplant procedure done. Overall my whole experience went well and exceeded my expectation. The procedure was virtually pain free. Before booking with Natural Hair Transplant I searched and searched the internet for months in hopes of finding a hair transplant clinic in Canada who specialized in Afro Caribbean hair and to my surprise I found nobody who specialized with my hair type . Before I met Dr.Huebner, I went to 4 places in Nyc considered the most elite for hair transplants. I was really turned off by the sense of urgency those places had to rush me into a surgery. They even spammed my phone with calls offering discounts. Dr. Huebner did a FaceTime call with me and recommended Propecia. I still wanted the surgery so we set a date but he continued to advise that it may not be necessary. The week before my surgery, he once again advised me to hold off and to just start Propecia. To me, this shows the level of commitment and honesty to give the best service to his patients. The practice refunded my deposit right away and have been available 24/7 for all my questions and concerns. It's refreshing to me and I could not recommend anyone but Dr. Huebner.
