I am a 28 yr old white female and I am just under 4 months from my surgery. I have extremely thin hair and my front hairline started to recede and was uneven in the front. I am very excited because I can already see the hair starting to grow. It is still short 'peach fuzz' hair, but my hairline is already so much straighter than it was before. Dr. Huebner says that this is just the start, and it will thicken up over the next couple of months. I will post another review at the year mark, which is when they said I would have the final result and a follow up. The surgery day was great as well, hardly felt like I was having surgery. Dr. Huebner definitely spent a good amount of time drawing the hairline out and didn't make me feel rushed. Then, after the numbing part, I didn't feel anything. Very easy day! Dr. Huebner and his staff are so nice too. Never made me feel bad for asking a million questions and made me feel very comfortable. I definitely would recommend the Natural Transplants clinic.

They're the best! As soon as I walked in Dr. rushed me with the most warming welcome, he and his team is so amazing, they made me feel like family. Services-amazing!...care...amazing! There is nothing I can complain about and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had my hair transplant done in March of 2018 with Dr. Siegel. I was extremely eager, excited, and optimistic to get this procedure done. I watched their YouTube videos and read the really good reviews, so I figured getting this hair transplant would change my life. The right side of my hairline had a significant amount of hair loss from wearing tight braids and ponytails when I was a teenager, the left side was not as bad. Unfortunately, I was blessed with my father's masculine v shaped hairline. I wanted my hairline lowered as well to create a more feminine hairline. The transplant was done in under 4 hours and felt rushed. When I got back to the hotel I looked at my new hairline. I did notice that the grafts at the front right side of my hairline were spaced far apart compared to the left front of my hairline. It looked like they ran out of grafts and started spacing them far a part (I can fit my pinky finger in some of the gaps). As far as my results over a year later I am disappointed and unhappy. I did address my concerns with Dr. Siegel at months 6, 8, and 12. I told him my hairline was thin and uneven and sent him pictures. I was expecting to be happy and confident about my hairline, but I am still parting my hair the same way that I did before the transplant because my edges are still thin, there are gaps where the hairs were placed too far a part, and I have a very unnatural hairline. I was expecting to be able to pull my hair back in a ponytail after my final results. There is no way I am doing that. It looks a MESS! My hairline at the front where the doctor lowered my hairline looks uneven and unnatural (it resembles hair plugs). There is a line of demarcation where my old hairline was. It goes from thin transplanted hair to my non-transplanted hairs which are thick. I invested a lot of time and money into this to not be happy. I did send the doctor final pictures and addressed my unhappiness over Skype. He did look concerned when I told him. He did offer to add a few hairs in the front of my hairline to fill in the gaps ( I need a lot more than a few hairs). He did say that he would look over the pictures that I sent him and compare the before and after pictures and contact me back. I waited about a week I never heard back from him which was very disappointing. I decided to text him and asked if he looked over the pictures and what his final thoughts were. I wanted to know if he thought all the grafts grew, and I expressed again that I was disappointed. He responded back that he was sorry that I was unhappy and that he would have Dr. Huebner follow up with me. I was expecting my doctor to follow up with me and provide answers to my questions. Dr. Siegel never told Dr. Huebner to contact me, I contacted Dr. Huebner myself. Yet again very unprofessional Dr. Siegel. I do appreciate that I was able to address my concerns with Dr. Huebner, but I was expecting an apology for my experience and disappointing results. Unfortunately, I was never given an apology. Dr. Hueber basically said because of the hair loss that I had two transplants would have been needed to begin with. Dr. Siegel not once ever mentioned that I would need a 2nd hair transplant. Dr. Huebner offered a discount on a 2nd transplant. He mentioned that the staff needed to get paid, and they had to pay for supplies. Clearly with the pictures that I sent a good transplant was not performed. Why should I be responsible to pay for a 2nd hair transplant? No one gave me a valid reason for my hairline looking the way that it does (gaps, hair plugs, crooked hairline). Dr. Siegel could not explain anything to me, and seemed to be avoiding me. Dr. Huebner said that he brings new doctors into the clinic and trains them. Dr. Siegel was a newer doctor at the time so that is probably why my hairline looked the way that it does. I felt like that remark was extremely unprofessional. I felt like I was a guinea pig for Dr. Siegel to practice on when he stated this. I was basically asked to pay more money to fix a bad hair transplant that Dr. Siegel did. My results are completely UNACCEPTABLE!! The following year I decided to write a review on the Natural Transplants website because I really wanted to express my feelings about my experience with them. Two days later I got a call from Dr. Huebner asking me if I could change my review because it was costing them to, "LOSE A LOT OF BUSINESS." He wanted me to put in the review that they were offering a discount on the 2nd hair transplant, and trying to fix my edges. I did agree to add that into the review and I reposted it, but later deleted the review because Dr. Huebner asked me to consider editing the review again or deleting it, and took a little more money off the quoted price for a 2ND transplant if I agreed. I got frustrated and deleted it, which I regretted. I won't delete my review again!! I don't trust this clinic!!!

After several months of research and crowd-sourcing for information on online forums, Reddit, Facebook and Youtube, I had finally settled with Dr.Matthew Huebner of Natural Transplants Hair Restoration. Additional preparation included consulting with my dermatologist for a scalp biopsy which determined that I didn't have central centrifugal cicatricial alopecia (CCCA). My decision to undergo the hair transplantation process came after the realization that the high hairline I inherited from my father was not appealing to me. In September 2019, just a few days shy of my birthday, I traveled to Florida for the procedure. The place was easy to find and the staff members were warm and inviting. During my in-person consultation with Dr.Huebner, he draw a round hairline to showcase what my new hairline would look like after the transplantation process and I was less than thrilled. Turns out, EVERYONE gets this round hairline. Hair from my donor site was shaved and I was whisked to the procedure room where everything occurred in under 3 hours. I remember my scalp (frontal lobe region) not being "numbed" enough, and wishing there was more lidocaine. I winced and then Dr.Huebner injected more of the lidocaine in. Everything went as well as can be expected from that point forward, and I was fit to travel back home the next day. Months later, I noticed some gaps in between the new hairline that Dr.Huebner created, and even areas of alopecia that I didn't have before. The lack of density also proved to be a real concern. I was documenting my "progress" every month, reaching out to Dr.Huebner and sending photos along the way. Time and again, i was told to be patient, that the hair would fill out more. We are now a year post-transplantation and the bald spots never filled in. Let me repeat: I have alopecia that I didn't have prior to the procedure. Since the procedure, I have worn my hair out approximately ONCE, as my coworkers noticed right away the deep chasm in the middle of my hairline. I am livid. I was told that the transplant would be inconspicuous, and yet everyone is aware. I have the classic doll hairline and it is embarrassing. No one at Natural Transplants has attempted to make this right. Each time I send Dr.Huebner a photo of my hairline, he gaslights me. I spent 10K for the procedure and regret the entire process. I would have opted for Dr.Diep instead.

I got my hair transplant in January in Maryland. We are 9 months after the operation and my alopecia is still obvious/blatant. When my family and I look at myself, we do not see the changes. I have the same holes in the same places. I hope that my hair will grow where it was implanted but I am very doubtful. I was told that I am the perfect candidate with the ideal hair quality for transplantation. At 9months, we should get 70% of our result but what if the hair was not transplanted where it was needed? The sad part is that my alopecia was not very significant and my small holes are still here. I was reluctant to leave this kind of unhappy review. In fact, the operation day went great. The doctor and his assistants were attentive and friendly. It was a nice experience despite the poor result.

I had my appointment with Dr Lee Llacer. Each stage of the entire process was strictly to the point and easy to understand. Dr Llacer is a very cool and relaxed guy. Much thanks to his assistants too. From the few times I spoke to Dr Blumenthal I was able to tell he's pretty cool as well. It was like hanging out with friends while getting my hair done. They said it would take up to a year to see the full results but so far I'm pleased

First I will start this review by saying...10, 10, 10! Tens all across the board. If I could give Dr. Siegel and his team 1,000 stars I would. If you are considering getting a hair transplant, don't hesitate any longer you've found the right place. They value customer service, they make you feel most comfortable and you'll feel right at home. After much research I decided to travel from San Francisco, California to fly 6 hours away because I trusted in their work, the credibility form the many testimonials that are available via Youtube and, their overall want to satisfy the results I wanted to see. Also, they provide you with a $1,000 travel discount for folks who are traveling outside of the area. After the procedure was complete Dr. Siegel made sure to walk me down to the lobby made sure I safely got into my Uber and even called me the next day to make sure I was okay. I can't wait to tell everyone about this AMAZING place and encourage any and all to come to Natural Transplants .
